⚙️ Conditions of Service (Refund & Booking Policy)

Booking Policy

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or at our dive center.
• A deposit is required to secure your spot.
• Balance payments must be completed before the trip date.

Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 72 hours before the trip.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours.
• No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows.

Equipment & Liability

• All rental equipment is regularly maintained and disinfected.
• Any damage caused to rental gear due to negligence will be charged to the customer.
