General Terms

By booking any activity with Pirates Dive Club, you agree to the following terms:

1. All participants must complete a medical questionnaire and be fit for diving.
2. Certified divers must present valid certification cards upon registration.
3. Payment is required to confirm bookings.
4. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable.
5. The dive club reserves the right to change or cancel trips due to weather or safety reasons.

Safety & Responsibility

• All divers must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.
• Pirates Dive Club is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
• The club adheres to international diving safety standards and Egyptian maritime regulations.
